Scott Mock, President of Avery Taylor Custom Homes, has personally supervised the construction of over 150 homes in the Houston and DFW areas. After graduating from Texas Wesleyan University, Scott began his career in the homebuilding industry with a large production builder based out of Houston. He gained vast amounts knowledge and experience building fine custom homes for 5 years for that company. He has built in numerous cities throughout the Metroplex and outlying areas in and around Houston which required the flexibility to adapt to the many changes involved in today's housing industry. It provided the basis for which the dream of Avery Taylor Custom Homes became reality.

Scott's grandparents, Ron and Joan Taylor, longtime custom homebuilders in Houston, set a fine example of customer satisfaction and quality for him to follow.
